Studio Haus Lebensfreude welcomes you to Üxheim in the Eifel. This colorful and bright 26 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests and features a sleeping area and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker allows you to easily prepare meals and drinks. For your comfort, Wi-Fi, TV, a fan, and a high chair for families with young children are provided. Flexible arrival is possible thanks to self check-in. Enjoy the sun from morning to evening on your private terrace. The studio and terrace are accessed via an outdoor staircase through the shared garden, where you can pick fresh mirabelles straight from the tree. The garden offers views of the surrounding greenery. Barbecue, playground, as well as toys and books for children are available for shared use. You can park on the street. If no space is available, please use the courtyard. One pet is welcome for an extra fee. For dog owners, stair mats are provided for the outdoor stairs. Parties and events are not permitted. This is a non-smoking property. Please wash the dishes, put them away, separate your trash carefully, and leave the studio broom clean. On departure day, please return the key to the key box. Within 15 to 20 km, you will find waterfalls, the Nürburgring, volcanic lakes, reservoirs for swimming and paddling, mills, museums, castles and ruins, as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails. Guided hiking and riding tours are also offered nearby.
